Delete your Runnerz account

Private testers can ask us to delete their account and associated personal information. In-app self-service deletion will be added before public release.

Request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] from the address connected to your Runnerz account.
  2. Use the subject line Runnerz account deletion request.
  3. Include your Runnerz display name. Do not include a password, identity document or sensitive location history in the email.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for a limited account-ownership check. After verification, we aim to delete or irreversibly de-identify the account and associated personal data within 30 days.

What may be retained

Limited records may be kept where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Shared community records may be de-identified rather than removed when deleting them would affect other runners’ legitimate records.
