Current status
Runnerz is currently preparing for private insider testing. Website visuals and product descriptions may show concepts or planned functionality. A feature must not be treated as live until the product explicitly confirms that it is available and operating.
Eligibility and conduct
Testers must provide accurate account information, respect other runners, follow applicable laws and use the service only for lawful running and community activity. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, unsafe coercion, spam and misuse of location information are not allowed.
Run and meetup safety
- Choose public, familiar meetup points and tell someone you trust about your plans.
- Check the route, weather, daylight, traffic, terrain and your own readiness before running.
- Do not rely on a badge, match score or profile indicator as a guarantee of another person’s identity, behaviour or safety.
- Leave, cancel or seek help whenever a situation feels unsafe.
Emergency features
Unless the app clearly confirms otherwise, Runnerz does not monitor runs, dispatch emergency services or guarantee that a trusted contact has been notified. In an emergency, contact the relevant local emergency service directly.
Routes and conditions
Routes, timings, weather information and map details can be incomplete, approximate or outdated. Outdoor conditions change. You remain responsible for confirming that a route and run are appropriate for you.
Testing changes
Private-test features may change, pause or reset as the product is improved. We may restrict access to protect runners, infrastructure or the integrity of the test.
